Engineering, Not Administration

ISPTech is a company where engineers do engineering work. There are no large process layers, no department-approval queues, and no disconnection between who designs the hardware and who tests it. At 5–8 FTE, every member of the team has direct visibility into all programmes and direct responsibility for results.

The Lampoldshausen location is a genuine asset: the DLR test site is within walking distance. Qualification testing, altitude simulation campaigns, and plume diagnostic measurements happen on-site, not at a remote facility requiring extensive travel and coordination. Engineers at ISPTech see their hardware fire.

ISPTech does not use contractor staffing agencies or temporary employment. Open positions are direct hires. The company is bootstrapped: compensation is at market rates for aerospace engineering, without equity or startup risk premium. Career development is direct — in a company of this size, responsibility scales with capability.

What We Offer

Engineering Conditions

Real Flight Hardware

Work on propulsion systems that fly. Qualification testing, hotfire campaigns, and acceptance data from actual programme hardware — not simulations.

DLR Facilities Access

Co-location with Europe's premier propulsion test site. Altitude simulation, hotfire stands, and plume diagnostics within walking distance.

Direct Responsibility

Small team, direct ownership. Engineers manage their own programme segments from design through customer delivery — no intermediary process layers.
